Joachim Knill is a photographer that I found out about in high school, and I fell in love with his work. He designed and built a
20" x 30" instant film camera which he uses to photograph
surreal scenes set up in his studio. He uses
painting with light techniques in one
long exposure to give each scene its brillant colors. He also uses fruits, vegetables, and other organic materials to create interesting shapes and textures. Take a look!
